A little more about me
Hi, I’m Sophie, a Naturopathic Nutritional and Herbal Therapist specialising in reproductive health.
I’m passionate about helping women balance their hormones and live free from painful periods and fatigue. My own fertility journey—which brought me my little legend of a son through IVF (it still blows my mind that he was once frozen!)—is what sparked my special interest in fertility health. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting many couples in achieving their dream of becoming parents.
I graduated from the Australasian College of Natural Therapies in Sydney in 2012, completing a three-year Advanced Diploma in Nutritional and Western Herbal Medicine, including over 600 hours of clinical experience. Before that, I spent a good chunk of my adult life partying hard and working endless, grueling double shifts in hospitality. My body took quite a beating! Starting my studies in my late 20s was the beginning of my ever-evolving wellness journey.
Honestly, I’ve been there. I’ve worked physically demanding jobs and stressful corporate roles while burning the candle at both ends. I’ve also faced the exhaustion of motherhood while building a business. So, I totally get how hard it can be to balance your health with the demands of everyday life, but it is possible with right guidance.
Thats where I come in. I can help you make small, sustainable changes that deliver lasting results.
Everyone is unique—there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. So, let’s have a chat, and you can tell me what you’d like help with.
