3. The Health Plan
Whats next?
1.The Discovery Call
Firstly you need to book in for a discovery call. This call is free, it lasts for around 15 minutes and gives you a chance to talk to me, find out how I work and have the opportunity to give me some background on your health concerns. This way we can both decide whether I am the right practitioner for your needs.
2.Initial Consultation
This is where we take a deep dive into your health!
When you book your initial consultation you will be emailed with an online questionnaire and 7 day diet diary. You need to complete these forms no later 48 hours prior to your initial appointment.
This consult takes 90 minutes and is where the following will be discussed:

Full medical history, dietary and lifestyle habits.

Assessment of previous test results.

A realistic timeframe to achieve your health goals.

Food inclusions that will work for you.
Following your initial consultation you will be emailed with a personalised plan including:

Dietary, lifestyle and supplement/herbs recommendations.

Details of any further recommended clinical tests.
-
Meal suggestions and resources to help you get started.
-
Letters to your GP for further support if required.
4. The Follow Up
Rome wasn't built in a day and the same goes for your health. We will need a few sessions to get the most out of the process and some conditions will need more. Once you start to get some improvement you can implement sustainable changes that will serve you well for years to come.
Follow ups take around 45 minutes and generally take place every 4 weeks until you are on track. During the follow up I will:

Review test results.

Tweak your diet and supplement protocol.

Discuss any improvements or developments with your symptoms.

Provide further support for anything within your plan you have struggled with.

Provide recommendations for further tests if required.
